The Crawpuppies
The Crawpuppies
You may not be sure what a crawpuppy actually is, but the band the crawpuppies is one of the largest drawing bands in the region. This four piece band consists of Chad Clifford, Aaron "Hacksaw" Hedges, Chris Carp, and Mike Curtis. A very contemporary sounding band in terms of the orignal music that the create. However, the influences of the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, and Led Zeppelin is hard to deny. The band also covers the classics, and will get you to sing along. Don't miss the opportunity to see them.
Dick Diamond and the Dusters
Dick Diamond
A call-back to the 70s. Can I go so far as to say the cheesy 70s? Dick Diamond is deeply rooted to the 70s, declaring this is the decade of musical breakthrough, and music has not progressed since then. Check out the styles and take a step back in time. Dick Diamond has been known for his Casino acts on the East and West Coasts. Now devoting his efforts to a tour across the midwest, don't miss your chance to witness a flashback in time.
Wally Dogger
Wally Dogger
In the spirit of bands like Weezer and The American Rejects, Wally Dogger is a band composed of three members that rocks the house. When you have three piece band, there is always the challenge of producing rhythms and harmonies that fill the full music spectrum. Wally Dogger accomplishes this without problem. The band's guitar player, Swerve, is one of the most talented guitar players to be seen. Matt Donehoo, the bands drummer, and Pauly Doerr, the bands lead singer and bass player, work well together to hold the music's rhythm and harmony together. This allows Swerve to fill in holes in the music spectrum. One of the truly great acts of the Chicagoland area.
Pick Noerr
Pick Noerr
While not a band for the sensitive listener, since Pick Noerr looks for new ways to shock its audience, the band puts on unique performances. Different costumes, and a harder rock sound, define this band. Not a band to go on a date to see, but rather a rarity to witness. Each show is a party, and no one exactly knows how long it will be before the band is removed from the stage by the owner of the venue, where they are performing.
